This is with a newborn, so the one can not really be out of sight, to answer not always so easy.

Back to the title, however: Yes, I run again. It is perhaps a bit early, but I also have a very conservative plan from my "Pregnant Running" book. Since it started to go with 10 minutes, 1 minute run, walk 5 minutes, 1 minute walk, 5 minutes walk, etc. until you have full 25 minutes. Meanwhile, I'm going for 10 minutes, running for 15 minutes, 10 minutes to go and feel really arrived good about it. But since I still do not want to walk with the stroller (which is my whole body muscles too weak from the pregnancy and birth) remains the difficult organizational issue: Yes, where I run it?

The easiest way would of course at night, when Jon returns home, but then he will usually run either own or we go to Brownie, who also needs movement, wants to be ridden, and we have not be long. Mid / late February, he is probably in his new temporary home in Tennessee to relocate, and until then I will finally have to use a horse.

Of course this works best because the sound is in itself very reassuring and when the baby starts to complain but sometimes I can rock to break it a bit without my having to run. But no matter, at least I have a way to my first - to risk running steps - cautious and slow. Jon is working very close and it is useful during the day for lunch to take.

It feels good to run without the big belly, to do yoga (at home watching television with Niklas in his bouncer next to me) to ride out, and going by mountain bike. Even though I still 2 kg over my pre-pregnancy and at least 4 was higher than my ideal weight but I feel as light as not for long. My legs are certainly very pleased.

And on the weekend anyway it is best if I can finally run out and Jon will remain with Niklas. Just today it has finally felt again really like running. This has done really well.
