Itching Post Gallbladder Surgery

Solar Bear Run

First Solar Bear (sun bear) Run (a Polar Bear - or Polar Bear - Run would be in Florida not so realistic) also attracted Jon and me on New Year's out of the house, ironically, in the pouring rain. 8 km of the group delay was long, not a race, but simply a gathering of several runners from the area who wanted to go to the beach. I took out at the beginning of the special right to abzukuerzen the track and came in little overall to 7.2 km in 45 minutes.

heard Luckily the rain at the start of the run, and a strong westerly wind was blowing us over the Eau Gallie Causeway to the beach. Nevertheless, I found the course really not easy. I am beginning to notice the extra weight but gaining in strength. Since I was glad that Jon waited for me and me - is gathered together - in Pinguinwatschelgang. You could already see the target from a distance. Further, it does not when the road ends at the beach parking lot.
Many others are equal even in the Atlantic but very cold (18 degrees) jumping in, but I've given it all. Briefly with the feet inside me was enough.

From the beach, I was lucky and was back with another skater for a lift to the starting point. Jon however was brave to even walk back on foot. This time against the wind and heavy rain. The lousy weather, it was no wonder that he has learned from this time and he hurried for the 7.2 km took only 33 minutes, I dry the car while waiting for him.
