neoprene decontamination!
Since I have little storage space, I pack my clothes diving during the summer, after drying, dipping back into the box and the car is at the rear of it. (Combined, not the boot)
Now I had after the last dive probably not flushed properly, or the things had again become wet, or whatever, in any case stank the suit strike you so so much to stink and mold that I like (or war- I have a Cold?) Severe neck pain was present.
this smell I had ever been used in the suit, which was somewhere in Asia. At that time, the guide sent me into a shop, gabs as a means by which I tipped a cap and into the sink after washing it was all good. The stuff had smelled of chlorine, I've forgotten the name.
So I searched until today to Rossmann, stuff like that. Negative! Then Kloppi. Negative! Then in a pharmacy: "Something like is banned in Germany, of course this is highly (environment) is dangerous and unhealthy!" "It looks good but" "Something like we have not and I would not sell it!" I
in NEN dive shop. "No, disinfectant for neoprene not available here. If I sell it and the suit falls apart, you make me liable. Neoprene cleaner there is!
Purchased Does "McNett Wet and Drysuit Shampoo.. Came
Since I have an idea and I went again to nem other drugstore There was" Dettol - laundry wash using "and it really was that It is suitable for baby clothes. then certainly for the Neo! was
home then bought a hefrtigen bath transitional with the baby clothes cleaner and then a final rinse cycle. Then it all again with the nice (in my case) wetsuitshampoo.
then the ultimate wash with NEM water hose after hanging and the result is a scented hygiene 7mm Water Proof!
If anyone has time so the same problem: Do not worry! The neoprene material has not hurt!
